Asbestos Assessment

Sampling of a material suspected of containing asbestos, a sample needs to be taken for lab analysis to confirm or refute asbestos content. Our surveyor will attend site and sample the material, which then would be analysed by a UKAS accredited asbestos-testing laboratory.

Asbestos Demolition Survey

Fully intrusive and destructive type of survey used, where the entire or part of the building is to be demolished. The purpose of the survey is to locate and describe all asbestos containing materials (ACMs) within that building.

Asbestos Management Survey

A standard asbestos survey required as minimum by asbestos regulations. It is a non intrusive, visual inspections of the building fabric for any asbestos containing materials (ACMs). Inspection areas will include voids, risers, etc. wherever is practicable to access without causing extensive damage.

Asbestos Re-inspection Survey

The Control of Asbestos Regulations requires that the condition of known asbestos containing materials (ACMs) must be inspected regularly and records updated accordingly. The asbestos re-inspection survey must be carried out on a regular basis, depending on the risk level posed by and assessed by the type, extent, condition and location of the ACMs.

Asbestos Refurbishment Survey

A type of survey that is a legal requirement prior to any intrusive refurbishment or renovation works. The purpose of this survey is to locate and describe, as far as possible, all asbestos containing materials (ACMs) within the scope of refurbishment works. By nature, this survey is intrusive, and to a degree destructive to enable identification of possible ACMs behind the building surface fabrics.

Asbestos Removal and

 Remediation

We don't undertake asbestos removals ourselves, which allow us to give you truly independent and impartial asbestos advice or site safety audit for any asbestos works you require, protecting you from asbestos exposure or enforcement action.
